Default BEWARE OF SATELLITE CAPATIBILTY

I just sold a customer a new 2010 mustang. It says capatible on the sticker.
What that means is over 800.00 xtra to get it working. The radio has a button that says sat! It does not work because there is no receiver and no antenna. Aleast that is what i found out. If any one can find anything different please let me know. Kinda misleading to me.......................

'Compatibility' is manufacturer speak for - 'you can put it on this car' (it's been tested to work on it). They don't say how much the extra equipment will cost.

That's like saying "available" meaning you can order it on that particular car.

Why, may I ask, did you post this on the MOCSEM club section?

Are you a salesman at a dealership? You don't know what you just sold to your customer?

yes i was a part of the sale. yes i don"t know what i was selling when the customer found it on the lot at another dealership. The 2010 are so new for us and they change the packages so much. It all get confusing. The reason why i posted this on a mustang site is to warn others not to mmake the same mistake. It is only a warning to help mustang lovers. I posted this in the wrong section but if some read this then it my help some one. MISTAKES do happen.
