Where's the AC Relay?
Search showed nothing. My AC clutch is not engaging. I tried to jump the low/high pressure switch but nothing. Now I need to find the AC relay. Anyone know where it is?

In the underhood fuse/relay box. Now, which relay is it...the owner's manual shows a picture of the relays and fuses and a reference chart for which is for what. (dont have it handy to tell you which relay it is)
The relays are oriented in specific directions, and they are not all the same.

#24 Micro relay A/C clutch, under the hood.
Should show the position on the bottom of the cover.
Run a wire from the bottom left (passenger side close to front bumper) to the top right hole where the relay goes to bypass it.
Clutch should engage, I can hear and see mine click when this is done.
This is what the Ford Techs showed me to do.
I have the same problem as you, yet to find a solution.

Update: I took all electrical and mechanical connections off. Cleaned, rechecked specs and reinstalled. Working perfectly know.

AC clutch, the 2 electrical connections at the compressor and the connection at the low pressure sensor. I used electronic cleaner on the electrical connections, and re-torqued and re-gaped the AC clutch. Hope this helps.

Thank you, I will try this very soon, maybe tomorrow at work. Hopefully this will save me a trip to the dealership...
