Default HP gain from e303 cam

I just bought a E303 cam for my 94 5.0. I was wondering what kind of hp gains i could look for after I install it.

From what I've heard on a stock or near stock motor with no (high performance) heads or intake 15-20 hp.

Hardly anything with stock heads and intake, the most thing you will get is a a loss in driveability..and a pain in the *** to get it to idle correctly..

maybe on a car that doesn't have mass air, but i will agree no real noticable gain until you buy some heads
