RE: off road h pipe ?
the mil eliminators dont have nothing to do with you getting an o/r h pipe...that has to do with your headers...if your running shorties..you will be fine and dont need them at all...if your running long tube headers...then you might...it depends on if they have 02 sencer holes or not or if your 02 sencers will evern reach them...and the h pipe will make it a little bit louder.

RE: off road h pipe ?
I put a off road h-pipe on my 96 cobra and I had to use mil eliminators to make the cel go out. It has flow masters and the h-pipe made it a lot louder. My 90 GT also has one and had no cel light or problems.

I got an or h- pipe and the it sounds way better!! not extremely loud but way deeper and when you punch it you definately notice a bid sound differance. I was a little hesitant about geting one but for sure worth the $$$ Get it you won't be dissapointed!

RE: off road h pipe ?
I got a quot for an H pipe for my 1991 5.0 GT , it is the MAC Cat H pipe (high flow Cats) quote was for 399.95, is that to much? I already have flowmasters and will be getting some ford racing 1 5/8 ceramic coated shorty header kit for $339.00, are these prices reasonable? Also on a stock motor, will it make much difference?
Thanks.
Thanks.

RE: off road h pipe ?
removing the cats will make the exhaust louder or deeper as was previously stated. MIL eliminators are for cars equipped with the OBII systems 96 & up stangs. the previous years have OBI which cannot use the MIL eliminators.
