2007 Mustang v6 Wrench warning light
Hi guys,
I have a problem with my 2007 ford mustang v6. I put a new throttle body 70mm BBk recently about 100 miles ago maybe more and today I put gas in my car, and when I started it, A wonderfull Wrench warning light appeared, so no power ... Nothing. I learned when I got home that the car was in limp home mode. That's cool That I got home with my mustang but now my new problem is What can I do to fix this ? Do you have any idea why it apperaed like that ? w
i think that I am super carefull with my maintenance (oil , brakes , air filtrer etc ...) So that's why i do not understand ...
If someone can help me with advices ?
Thanks
And btw I'm sorry if my english is not perfect, I'm french

Put the stock throttle body back on the car.

Thanks for your answer.
Yes I can do that I guess but are they any others solutions that I might be able to do without changing with my stock ?
Cause it was expensive so I just want to check first

Why did you install an aftermarket TB? Surely you don't believe the hype about power gains...
Aftermarket TB's on both the V6 and GT S197 are virtually useless. The stock TB can pass as much air as the engine needs; even mildly modded. Unless you're SC'd, there's no need for an aftermarket TB. But consider yourself in good company; Many people here that replaced their OE TB have had issues.

I've read a lot of negative things about after market throttle bodies, especially the BBK. In the future, before making a decision, I would suggest using the search feature and research a little. Also, if you are not able to find the answers you are looking for, ask away. There are lots of people on here that have tons of knowledge and like to share it! ;-)
