Metal on metal sound
So lat week I changed my spark ifs without breaking 7/8 and the last one (driver side closest to fan) broke, $100 later and 20 minutes with the lisle tool and I got it out and replaced, while doing maintenance I changed the fuel filter, I also added a set of under drive pulleys... (I know too much at once) and since all that I feel like I lost some power and the engine sounds like its knocking a bit with a screeching sound loudest at the front of the drivers side, also the ad ratio seems a lot more active on hard revs,
Could it be pb blaster burning off still? Only drove for 10 or so miles)
All plugs and coils are secured tightly and sufficiently.

What plugs did you use? anything but copper plugs will cause issues. did you use dielectric grease on the cop's? and for future changes I hope you used anti-seize!
why would there be pb blaster in the cylinder? please provide more info

The belt appears to be tracking straight and no wobble in the pulleys I torqued them down like I was supposed to.
I used ht1 plugs and anti sieze and boot grease the pb blaster is from when I changed the plugs I used it to loosen some of the carbon
