1993 347 stroker gt
Just bought another mustang (cant seem to stop)
First thing im going to do is upgrade the radiator/hoses/distributor and such to freshen it up. After that its goodbye stock manifold! Was thinking a cobra manifold sense they would work well with the g40 heads
I was curious on how much power you guys think its laying out to the wheels? I'm wanting to say mid to low 300's but im bad at gauging hp. The closest dyno is a good 300+ miles away.
its got a 347 stroker, e303 cam, 9:1 comp, gt40 heads, stock intake manifold, bigger injectors, different rods and such, and from the looks of it a bigger throttle body and MAF.
Anyways, here's a few shots of it

Nice looking vert, I never liked the one piece headlights but they do look good on that car. Congrats
As for power, it's hard to say. I think your 300rwhp may be on the high side with the stock intake. Swap that out for a decent one and better heads and wake that motor up. Is it an auto or manual? An AOD will suck up at least 25 hp before they get to the pavement.
Just out of curiosity, can you get in touch with the po. Just to make sure he didn't stick money into the stock intake with porting the upper and lower. They're some over at the corral forum making decent power thru them.

if it's 347 stuff and not those tfs kits they advertise for 302's, need a 185-205 head min on a 347

Yeah after reading around the interwebs i can see my head, cam, and stock intake are a HUUGE bottleneck to my 347... Why the guy did this im not sure, but Ohh well i dont mind a project AFR heads + anderson cam would be a good start. OBVIOUSLY i'm ditching the stock manifold (lol)
