Who wired up the box? I would throw a meter on your box and double check that you are not at .5 ohms as it would have been the most simple wiring schematic.

And of course the gain should not be all the way up, and if it is wired wrong you may not have it up at all and still have it shut down..

i wired it myself and the gain is only at half. listen to my system 2day loud and didn't cut out so i think the problem was that loose ground

so when you connected all of the speakers coils on the back, did you do a series-parallel wiring or did you do all parallel. To do a series parallel you would have needed to connect one coils neg, to the other coils pos, and then connect the remaining empt + and - to your amps output. To put them all in parallel you would have connected all the speakers +'s, and all the speakers -'s to the amps outputs. The parallel would have been the most simple, and also incorrect and would lead to your amp shutting down.

have you checked it with a meter yet? That will tell you what the impedence is and put this to bed really fast.

no, it's been workin fine since i fixed the ground if more problem arise i'll start there
