that's not a bad setup but you don't need the capacitor you need a kinetic battery or another brand of dry cell battery and a HOA I just put another HOA in my stang today

I had those speakers in my door running of the shaker 500 head unit, then running off a Kenwood head unit. They work well and sound good but aren't that impressive until you put an amp too them.

I opted to run the Type-R 6.5" componets in the door and running an amp to them. Sounds night and day better than running off the head unit. i have the 6x8's installed in my rear deck running of the kenwood headunit, they work great for filler sound but the majority of my sound comes from the componets sets. Plus it was super easy to install the tweeters.

I have a single JL 12" W3v3 in the powerwedge and it rocks really good, Im pushing it with JL slash 500/1 so it's getting plenty of power. I mainly listen to rock but it puts out tons of clean bass. Don't know if you really need the W6 but its a great speaker as well.

My 2 cents

Yeah i was thinking of getting a multichannel amp so that I can run the door/rear speakers to it. I guess I should look up a descent multichannel amp, any suggestions?

I have the R-Type component set in my doors and the the R-Type 2-ways in the rear both 6 1/2 I using a Alpine MRP-450 which is 75x4 rms. The components are 110 rms and the 2-ways are 100 rms the amp don't push'em a lot but it does just fine

You need to a Dual 2 ohm VS sub to get the most out of that amp. A dual 4 ohm VC will only get 2 ohms from that amp.
