Default 2007 Shelby or 2015 GT

I am looking to buy a convertible mustang. There are 2 that have caught my eye, a 2007 Shelby convertible, Black, with only 6k miles or a 2015 GT convertible with 23k miles. They are relatively the same price.

Which one should I buy?

The 2015 is the superior car in every way. Buy the one you want.

I had the same choice when I purchased mine. Test drove the Shelby, love the sound, hated the clutch. The 2015 was just so much smoother. We chose the new one, but I still drool over the Shelbys.

So you're talking about the Shelby GT for the 2007 as opposed to a GT500?
If a GT500, it's a close choice between the 2 that only you can answer. If the Shelby GT, then I'd say go with the 2015, the Shelby GT's only redeeming quality was slightly better suspension over a 2007 mustang GT and Shelby lettering.

Always go newer.

Improvements are made each year.

2007 exterior with the 2015 interior
butt seriously, the 15 will deprecate a lot;
I would get the 2007, because they still look like a "new" car;
anyone can get a 15GT, & those who have them will be trading them when the new '18s come out, & THEN be trading those when the 2020s come out!!
They introduce new cars, & they end up full of bugs, & never get fixed, because the next big thing is coming out soon.
get the shelby.
You get a new car, & you will want to trade it 3 years later.
