Default Anyone near HAMILTON, Ontario?

Hey I am from the Hamilton area and in need of some help for my Mustang.
Seems to be alot of clicking coming from the valve cover area. I havent really drove the car much in the last 2 years... wanna sell it but I cant like this.
So far I changed the plugs, rotor, cap. pcv valve and did an oil change, still making noise and running rough.

If anyone can help me out and fix-er-up for some cash please get back to me ASAP.
1990 GT Cobra 5L 5speed.

There are various companies that sell tuners, but I;m not sure what's available for your specific car. If it's already got a tune and U aren't running the appropriate octane level gas, then I believe that I have read on this forum, that it will cause a pinging sound. The tune is to make your car run more efficiently, adding horsepower and fuel economy. U hook it up to the computer in your car and it downloads a new program.

Hey, Riceinator! Do U drive that badboy in the winter? How many kms on it? As for a reputable shop, I'm not too sure. Do they exist in Southern Ontario?I think they must sell a tuner, or a chip for your car on here someplace. If so, it doesn't sound too difficult to do yourself. Although, having said that, I've never done it myself! If U find a good shop, let us know!!

The only shop I'd trust is the dealership actually.
Even though they might be a bit more expensive, at least when something goes wrong you can go back there and won't charge you twice ... (from my own experience) !!!

Anyhow, getting back to this TUNE thing.... wtf is it and can someone point me to a website or person who has one and knows what it is used for.

Thanks.

Hey, Feece! Wish I could help with your engine sound, but I have no idea! Anyway,I checked on a couple of websites and I guess they don;t have tuners for your car. They have other performance enhancing products, but I guess if U wanna sell her, thenU just wanna get it running smooth! Best advice is to check on the 5.0 Mustang forum, under the General Tech section of this forum!! Good luck, man!!
