JJ came to visit us at our new house and this was our conversation:
JJ: Well Clark, now that you have a house you have to do the right thing.

Just an update:
Kim's job situation is still quite bleak. At this point the Vert may have to go as well. We are doing all we can do to avoid that, but ya do what ya gotta do. We are looking into a possible refi on the house and Vert.
