I vote the vert, it's nice to have options. Anyway once you start modding it ford doesn't cover crap.

Whichever car she gets, she probably won't go too far with the mods. I know for sure she'll want it lowered, tinted, different wheels/tires, and an exhaust. She might want an MGW shifter since she had one in her GT/CS and really liked it. I don't know if she'll want to do a programmer or anything like that. If she does, it'll come down the road after those other things are done first.

Well if she is open to other colors then that opens more options for a car closer.

I've been looking at Red, Grabber Blue and SGM as those are the only colors she'd consider. I already have DIB and she doesn't want white, black, silver or GHIG. Out of the colors I've been searching, these are the two cars she likes the most.

John, both cars are great. If she likes a vert, that may be the car. Race Red and SGM are favorite colors behind white. Too bad you haven't found anything closer. Keep us updated on what transpires.

See, that's part of the dilemma. She likes convertibles when the top is down because she absolutely loves being out in the sun, but she doesn't like the look of them when the top is up, which is about 90% of the time. So that's making her decision tough. If we were still living in Ohio, where even in the summer it seems like you hardly ever see the sun, it would be a no-brainer. But since the sun is out so much down here even if it's not warm, it's making her choice harder. Oh well. Glad it's her decision to make and not mine! Lol.

Saw that one. She's insisting on a GT Premium because the leather interior and nicer interior trim is mandatory for her. Trust me, I'm pretty sure I've seen every red, grabber blue and SGM 2012+ GT Premium that's for sale within 500 miles on AutoTrader, Cars.com, CarSoup, Car Max, Car Gurus, eBay, Craigslist (using SearchTempest, which is a great site), etc.

Lol. I can't wait for this to be over. But in the end I know she'll end up with what she wants. (Even if she's being way too picky...)
