JJ always has that one muffler that won't play nice, it was worse on the Black car! Even with a hammer it was still resistant.
Wheels look great JJ!!! I love the way they fill up that wheel well.

The kitchen remodeling is the BIG thing going on here in Spartanburg. Taking more of my time than a "real" job.
I also volunteered (that word is really becoming a burden) to help the Vietnam Veterans Association to set up "our" display for the Spartanburg Spring Fling this afternoon. There goes the time I need to work on my car detailing. Dang it.
FYI - a clean car is a magnet to the pollen that is still being sprayed into the air!

We got the transom plates out today. I had to purchase some persuasion in the form of an 8 lb sledge to help it out. Looks like it'll be fun, nearly 2" thick I have to tear out. I cut some slots in the inner fiberglass earlier to check it and about 1/2 a cup of water seeped out, so it's definetely bad. Also changed the timing belt/tensioner and spark plugs on the kia, not too bad compared to that stupid audi timing belt, but still annoying compared to a nearly maintenance free chain on the older american stuff.

Jeff - I purchased the tuner and lip from LMR.
The chin spoiler that AM sells is different from LMR. AM's chin spoiler is sized like the original Mach 1 to where if you line the spoiler up with the wheel well, the actual front lip of the spoiler sits back from the bumper about a 1/4 inch or so. So basically the spoiler steps back from the front of the bottom edge of the bumper.
The LMR version of the Mach 1 chin spoiler is designed to be flush with the wheel wells and the bottom edge of the bumper. Choose your poison.
All that being said...the chin spoiler LMR offers is on sale for $44.99 until the 9th.

After the spring install and the trip to Fort Mill I decided to measure again to see if it dropped any.
the rear was at 29 5/8 at the time of install. Now at 29 even.
Front was 28 3/4 at the time of install. Now at 28 1/2.
I'm pretty happy with it. It may settle a little more.
