Thanks guys!
Still working on getting it 100% tight to the bumper cover. They supplied it with plastic push pins and I think I'm going to get some bolts/nuts and washers to attach it better.

Ok then,
I see you've put a cobra bumper on your GT.
How did you get the hood interface to work?
Isn't the top of the cobra bumper a bit different than the GT? Taller?
Could you possibly post some pics of how that fits?
Thanks, Jeff (2)

Wow Jeff... Car is lookin great!!!!
I haven't been on the last couple of weeks. Job is wide open and the band is booked all the time it seems. Finally this past Sunday I was able to get the hot rod out and go play at the drag strip. There is a local club up here in Asheville called 828CC (828 car collection), and they had a meet at the track yesterday. There are a lot of younger guys with imports that talk a LOT of smack, so I figured I woud ride down and play. It was kinda like taking JAWS to the all you can eat buffet.... The closest import was a highly modified Subaru that ran 7.60s, and my car was in the high 6s most of the day. So we never got lined up to run the fastest import versus the fastest domestic, but they got the point to not mess with good ole fashioned American muscle. All the guys that talked smack the past few weeks and revved their little fart can exhaust at "red" suddenly had a whole new attitude. Once they saw exactly how their car performed, it opened a lot of eyes lol. Anyway, here is an onslaught of video and new pics with the race wheels back on it.
And here is the videos of a couple of runs....
