What are you working on?

Finished! Took my time over the past few days.
All scuffed up and ready for paint.
First primer coat (did about 5 light coats total after bondo was applied.)
I then forgot to take pictures during bondo, but I did 4 layups. Man that stuff sets fast. I also found I wasn't mixing it right, stirred it up and got some bubbles which buggered up my attempts to spread it flat. Anyway I didn't find that out until I stopped trying to get a "perfect finish". So lots of sanding. But I did 3 coats of spray can enamel, which I then found out I couldnt' sand/buff for a week (oops). So I said screw it, the wife is happy anyway.
Final product.
Driver's side for comparison.
But it is done and the rust is gone, that's all that is important. I'm pretty sure before I go and do anything body wise with this I'll just buy a rust free tub and start with it. Too much stuff to deal with cutting out panels and putting them back in already. I have found though, I HATE RIVET/JACK NUTS! They don't work, or there's a missing step. I couldnt keep a grip on them to compress them via bolt and pliers, so I ended up tacking the little s**ts in place. Worked great after that. Man I love having a welder.
I also had to make 4 access holes because the dip**** who designed the flares, both stock and aftermarket ones, decided that rivet nuts would work (not) so I've got some plugs on order. This is the best one IMO. A channel that runs next to the roll bar, I had to make a hole in the fender well, and then a smaller hole in the channel to access it.

Damn Clint. It does look good though.
Glad Jessie is happy.
Mike and I spent the evening crawling around under my Jeep changing out the rear main seal and oil pan gasket. What a grease, nasty, dirty mess that was. We got the new rear main in and the oil pan back on and stopped for the night. Then we both threw our shirts in the trash can since they were beyond washing.
