Default New GT500 owner in Lexington SC

Hello Guys,

I just wanted to say hello and I think it is great what yall did for Dana back in Jan. I wish I could have been home to help with something like that. Thanks to Alan for telling me about this forum. Seems like some great people and most live around me.

I just recently purchased my first Mustang but I will not get to see her until I come home in July. I can't wait. It looks like my first Mustang event will be Mustang Week in MB.

Here are a few pictures of my new toy and hope to get alot done when I'm home. Take care and let me know if I can ever help with anything.

Thanks,
Michael

Welcome to the funhouse! That's a sharp looking Shelby you've got.

Looks like it's already got some mods...do tell!

Hey guys. Thanks for the great Welcome. I am counting down the days till I get home and get to drive her (the Shelby). Lol. I hope to be able to get in a few runs with this group when I'm home. Hopefully I can some what keep up with the mods a awesome look of the cars in this chapter. Def some beautiful rides on here.

My Mustang is a 2008 GT500 with 21k miles. I bought it from a guy I work with over here. Below is what has been and or will be done when I'm home.

FR drag pack suspension all the way around
113 MM FR Cold air Kit
3.73 gears
Ceramic short headers with full Basaani exhaust system
Sequential rear tail lights
Signed dash plack from Shelby
Bigger inter cooler and 1 gallon charger tank (plan on installing when I get home)
One piece aluminum drive shaft (install when I get home)
Plan on a Trufiber CF A53KR hood, bigger TB and smaller pulley for starters ( hopefully next leave rotation these will be installed along with maybe some 20" Frogestar F5 black rims)

I look forward to rolling around town with some great Mustangs in MB and hopefully up in the mountains. I will be coming to Asheville to see my family on this leave too.
