Now he is liking the Stangs after seeing all our cars.
I probably can find some parts for that 74. Starter, Alternator, maybe a factory intake or two, exhaust manifolds, distributors, etc. I would have to go take an inventory of what I actually have at Dad's.
It's scary, that sounds just like me... all chevy and now I have the Mustang and a Dodge truck...

I am the same way. My first car was a 72 big block challenger, then a 69 Nova SS. This is my first ford car beside the ever trusty old escort I had. That thing lasted for ever. Lol. My wife is checking to see what other Chevy parts I have left. I might even have the 700r4 from my C10 truck build but it will need to be rebuilt. It's free to if it still there and anyone wants it. I will let you know if I come across anything else. Good luck on the rebuild and post plenty of pictures for us not able to be there.

I've been dedicated the whole way, might have owned an import but I still had my fords stashed in the back yard.

From the mid 60's thru the mid 80's I was Mr. GM. Camaro, Corvette, Chevelle, Firebird, Buick GS, Olds Cutlass and on and on .... I had it so bad that I once turned down a great deal on a 1968 Shelby GT500 KR because it was a Ford...sigh...

Dude I feel your pain. I turned down a sweet 67 Fastback because it was a Ford.

I have missed some great opportunities over the years because they weren't GM.

I REALLY wish I hadn't turned down the 68 383 4spd Road Runner.
Although someone was probably watching out for me because there is a good chance I wouldn't be here to talk about it if I had gotten any of those.

Either one works for me. Sorry I haven't been around much lately. Super busy with this job coupled with no internet at this house...not a good combo.
