Why not just call him Rusty Stiffler?

I suppose it'll work even though his given name is Frank.

I agree. If we're going to name him, he deserves a full name. After all, Stiffler was actually a last name. Rusty Stiffler has a really nice ring to it.
In fact, Rusty F. Stiffler would be good. The F can be Frank or Fester...not specified. Rusty F. Stiffler...dignified yet totally stupid. I like it. What do you say?
Also, if he ends up just Rusty won't your sig include line "Rusty in trunk?" Rusty F. Stiffler in trunk would make much more sense.

Evened it up with Rusty, although that has nothing to do with party lines. I just like the name.
