Thanks for the concern guys. He did ship the tires and they are still sitting in Seattle. I'm waiting for a full load so the tires will be cheaper to send.
Yes, it is him. I don't know for sure what his story is but the tires were shipped and the deal is done. I can't understand one thing though. He wants me to call him but he would never answer his phone in the past:P
