With that power level, I wouldn't bother with an 8.8, just go for a 9".

Go with the 9 inch, why limit yourself? Especially when you're planning 600 ponies right out of the gate.

thanks guys, i'm getting excited as my buddy is getting close to having all the body work done, what a pain with all these repro panels!

Well, she made it back home and I can say that I am extremely happy with the quality of work!!! I've started some reassembly and I can see the light at the end of the tunnel
