Default Buddy of mine just got accidentally engaged

Hey guys. I know I'm not on much lately (maybe good news for some) but I work 70 hours a week and my work pc blocks the site.

Anyway, a buddy of mine took his girlfriend to a Detroit Tigers game a couple nights ago.

His name is John, her name is Kim.

All of a sudden, on the big screen, it said "Kim, will you marry me? Love, John"

She started screaming yes and kissing him. He didn't have them put it up there. What she didn't notice, but he did, was they were showing a totally different couple on the camera. Another John and Kim...

Now he's engaged, because he didn't have the heart to tell her it wasn't him.

lol.

Moral of the story: 1 Dont be a Tigers fan. 2. Dont go to a Tigers game. 3. Avoid Detroit like the plague.

On a more positive note, the Detroit Lions had a perfect season last year! 0-16. I need to get an Owen 16 shirt sometime..

wow that is either awesome or really really sucks for him haha. If he never tells her that is definitely something he has to take to his grave... I would think he should tell her now to avoid even more disaster haha

that is funny though

I'll bet they drove a classic Mustang to the game, didn't they. Now the thread is not off topic.

haha, wow that sucks. I can't believe he didn't tell her, that's something that could completely destroy their relationship if it ever comes out further down the road.

All i can say is he better like this girl or that is headed for disaster. She must not be that smart.. I mean everyone around must of got it because the correct couple was on the screen. That kind of stupidity can be dangerous.

He needs to tell her. If he doesn't, disaster! If he does, and she freaks and leaves him, disaster averted!
