Default Help - sudden excessive negative camber 73

My wheels have suddenly turned outward from the bottom on my 73-the tires actually rub against the springs it's so bad.. any idea as to what would cause this? My regular mechniac has thrown up his hands. Everything "looks" normal with the car jacked up. Even a referral to a good suspension place for vintage mustangs would be appreciated. My baby needs help!! In NW Houston area.

The camber adjustment is a bolt with an offset washer attached to it, when you turn the bolt it moves around like a cam. Its located at the point where the lower control arm bolts to the car, right under the engine. If those arent the culprit, check your shock towers for cracks around the base where they are welded to the frame rail.
