Works as good as masking it off I suppose. That's some strong pliable paint.

It is paint.

I borrowed this from another forum, the guy working on the car is fixing someone else's screw up.

The consensus seems to be that the sealer used was allowed to cure to much before top coating, combined with a water base paint being used over a solvent base.

Probably would have been ok if the sealer would have been sanded with 400 or 600.

I have seen b.s. adhesion, but nothing like that. I had to share...

Proper prep is essential to achieve good adhesion!

I've seen an Earl Shieb paint job do that, at the manual high pressure car wash. From metallic blue to tan for a dollar!

I have seen paint bubbles the size of a basket ball peel off easy but nothing that big yet.
