Those Cooper Cobras look great. I didn't know you had bias ply tires on it. What made you decide to run them before?

Kid down the street is a Cub Scout...probably 7. He sold my wife a coupon book then ask. Are you the people with the Mustangs? So today I come home and there is a strange lil kid standing in my yard. well of course its him.

I fired up the Mach I and I thought he was gonna jump out of his skin LOL!!! . He jumped in and we rode around for a few minutes. I punched it (just takeoffs) and he was delighted. I hope there's a badge for that!!!!

I bought the car five years ago and didn't know anything about cars. To include tire knowledge. I was told old cars had bias ply, so I bought bias ply. Even though I put in disc brakes and coil front and back suspension, I was still running the bias ply. Five years later I finally cracked the code on the tires.

Preparing for my cowl install at last! Just need some gas for my welder and it's going on! I've almost got my engine down to the block. All that needs to come out now are the oil and freeze plugs. As well as the cam bearings but I'll let the shop do that.

Realized my voltage regulator was putting out 18 volts and killing my radio, and that I have a short in my tail light circuit which keeps blowing my fuses anytime the lights are on.

So I stared at it for a while and did some thinking and then changed my needle and seat in the primary bowl of my holley to hopefully get rid of the gas smell and flooding that has been happening for the last 7 months or so.. Hopefully.. It was a lot easier than i thought it would be.

Tomorrow.. time to hunt down the short..
