My god... U have some serious ballz for pulling something like that sir. Good luck, and drive safe. Its not really THAT bad driving in it, but mine has a squirrely back end and likes to pretend drift around EVERY turn...
It wouldnt be so bad, but when I spin around turns it freaks other driver out and I end up feeling self-conscious lol

I've had a 67 since I was 16.
Still remember driving that thing w/ fiberglass belted tires and drum brakes in East TN snow. Talk about slip sliding around.

In nicer weather I used to get good air going 60mph over my favorite hill.
The last time I jumped it cut the fuel line which was run under the frame.
No idea how the suspension survived.

Hey BA, since you park it outside, you should get a cowl cover.

What do you mean it has summer tires on it? Aren't they all season? What tires do you have?

I didn't drive it today, but I'd feel more safe in it that than the SUV I drive. It kept getting stuck and sliding in turns, its 4 wheel drive but great thing is it doesn't work!

And I'm running Falken Ziex ZE-512s. Just looked them up and they are all-season performance tires. Must have misread that when I bought them, I thought it said performance summer tires.

That's the way my jeep is, you gotta spend like 3 solid minutes fiddling with 4wd to get it to work. I think my transfer case is about done...
Luckily it's not my DD. My Avalanche has WORKING 4wd.

I shoulda taken pics of my driveway. This is the most snow we've seen in GA for a few years I must say. After the first day of snow, sleet fell on top of the snow and froze over, so it's a layer of hard ice and then snow, lol. Wanna know how I found out? Tried sliding downhill on a good old cookie sheet... Didn't work when I broke through the layer of ice and planted myself in the snow... ouch...

Just the start of the snow here. We had some warm days a couple weeks ago and the previous 3 feet of it melted, for the most part. I could see grass again, and the yard had gravel showing in it.. We get lake effect snow, all we need is a breeze blowing across the lake and the evaporating water turns to snow as it cools over land. Poof lots of white stuff. Note the sun is shining in these pics...

Gotta agree its weird to see it in Alabama and Georgia..
