Anyone know what this is? Found it on the floor in car.

It looks like a cover or flap for one of the under dash vents. Is it rubber or plastic?

I think it is a cover for the fresh air vent up behind the dash. If you loook up under the dash as high up under the dash as you can go. On the pasenger side or the driver side. There should be a hole about that size.
If you have an aftermarket air conditioner it looks like a plug used to plug the fresh air vent hole. It you drive it you would have a lot of fresh air coming out from under the dash

It may be easier to see under there on the passenger side by taking out the glove box.
I guess i was typing when the other gentlman posted.
At least you have two with the same opinion.

maybe its something someone glued under the dash to prevent the cowl from leaking?
