Angry Trying to determine the value

I recently looked at a mustang that I found on craigslist. The car is a 67 mustang with the original motor and transmission still installed on it. It has new tires and has a current PA state inspection. There is a good bit of rust under the car. Holes that go all the way through the floor and there are holes next to the strut towers by the motor.

I was told by the owner that he has the floor pans for the car, new quarter panels, a used set of front and rear bumpers, a new hood, an extra grill, stainless steel trim and an extra set up bucket seats.

It will probably cost another 8k to fix the rust...just a wild guess really.

Wow. Is that if I had someone do it or did it myself? I figured with the parts he was including it wouldnt be that much.

I would consult a body man for a real number.
Good luck.
