Default Park Lamps on all the time

My park lamps are on when the light switch is off, key off, and they only go out when I put the key into acc position.

Any Ideas?

Sounds like someone wired them to the ignition accessory circuit instead of the battery power through the light switch. Previous owner maybe?

boogerschnot is probably correct because the person wanted daylight running lights. With the proper mufflers, your 'stang should be noticed without these lights. The wire, black and yellow, belongs on the "P" terminal (center rear) of the headlight switch.

Actually,, it turned out to be the alarm system. I pulled the fuse out of it and lamps are normal now. I tried a new harness in the steering column but that didn't help and created another problem. Now my horn honks when I turn the steering wheel for a sharp turn, or parking.
