Default Hurculiner ... is it a good id

For a restomod, would it be a good idea once all rust is removed from the underside of car to Hurculine the entire underside (floor pans, wheel wells, underside of gastank and surrounding area) minus the fram itself? And how about interior floor before laying carpet?
