I also shrieked in horror when I saw the Fram oil filter, but what the hell, I saw a Fram on a vintage Ferrari that was going for 1,100,000.00 at a concours auto auction in Monterey, California. So I don’t feel too bad about a Fram being on an engine that is only going to run two hours before it’s first oil change.

I can’t say enough good stuff about Ron & Chad at RLP, I walked in the door with a bone stock greasy 2V 351C, and I’m walking out with that…..and a lighter wallet, it really doesn’t get any better. If any of you Nor Cal guys get a chance it is worth driving over to Anderson for a visit, however I’ve got to warn you that 90% of the crazy fast engines (injected, blown, etc) they have sitting around are Chevys.

There's a reason those link belts and filters are "safety Orange"

Pretty cool pull. Should be really sweet in your car. [sm=icon_cheers.gif]

I never knew that's what happened to a belt under acceleration. Did it break off at the end of the pull or did it just tighten back up??
