Default 1968 california edition?

it's not a california special.

it's original with white paint, black vinyl top and red interior. it has a 289 with p/s a/c. has anyone heard of a california edition?

Other than the California Special, and some early tries at pollution controls, I don't know of any California editions for 1968. However, there is a brand new California Edition that came out just a month or so ago.

Thanks, I called thinking it was a cali special @ $4,000. but it has no side emblems, scoops or t-bird tail lights. another example of: if it's too good to be true.

it's not true...
