Yup. I couldn't find a normal eagle that looked the way I wanted it and than I stumbled across this one.

You can get more room between towers with this RRS-kit.

Lagest blocks that will fit easily in the 67-70 Mustang/Cougar is the FE. Yeah a 429/460 will fit with some work, but the FE came from the factory in the Mustang and Cougar in 390, 427, and 428 flavors. A side oiler 427 in a Cougar with the Dan Gurney package would be a sweet ride.. Wouldnt mind building a clone of it. 67 XR7 GT-E... mmm tasty....

Are there any fairly common donor vehicles for 390 / 427 / 428? I was thinking the 460 route just since there are so many 70's land yachts still out there with this motor. It would certainly be easier to put a 460 in the 72 though...

ya drop in a Genesis engine that would be sweet and get the aluminum block so its super light
