u dont wana go to cold 160 is pusihing it it might hurt power(could keep the parts from reaching operating power) and the 180 is about right not to hot not to cold the hotter u go the better gasmileage u get but u also lose some power
180* is good for most classics. 160* is something you only want to use in an engine that's built to run that cold. 192* is generally better for emissions/economy.
