so i was on my way home from work last night and i was gong down the free way at about 50 because some thing didn't seem right (i could feel it). and all of a sudden my front right tire blew up and shredded. man what a night! it was in the low 30's here and not fun; i think i sat outside for a 30min waiting for my mom to come get me and then wait for the tow truck. it was cool a cop came and ODOT (Oregon department of transportation).

wow, good think you didn't do anything serious. Any damage to the car other than the tire? how are those wheels? did the cop at least offer to let you sit in the cruiser while you waited to stay warm?

no my mom came and i sat with her ODOT came after the cop both of them just sat there keeping traffic off me

ouch, did any of the rubber do damage to the engine bay? looks like it's time for new wheels!

well ya kinda my mom is going to front me some money for a daily driver and i will be making payments to her. so she will be going in to storage on me street next to my driveway. but this will give me time to save some money to buy what i want now what she needs for a while

I guess I am just too logical. Why didn't you put the spare on and drive home?

Yeah, drive it with the spare while you get a new tire. That rim still looks good to me.

well i would but i dont have a spare hits the tow truck!!!!! im not that dumb lol. well my car has not been to reliable lately. i need a cumuter car any way my car only get like 12 mpg i need like 30.

if you do get a commuter car get a small truck like a toyo or somethin...im tired of borowing someone elses to go pick up parts
