from what I understand, as long as you have any shelby automobile, you can write to CS give a donation to his foundation and then he'll sign something for you

At least C. Shelby is doing it for a good cause. At the Don Garlitts Museum's gift shop here you can buy Garlitts-signed burned pistons and other drag racing stuff, but I think the proceeds are just gong to Don. Some of the stuff in the gift shop has nothing to do with drag racing, like a rusty bicycle fender signed by Garlitts himself. He was probably cleaning out the attic and thought this would bring a pretty penny.

What amazes me that the elenor sells so well considering it was designed by a some guy on working on the film, thinking art director but not sure, so it makes me think about these car modifiers, such as foose, shelby and coddington etc are getting such a rep for. I may get flamed for this but they to me aren't car designers but car modifiers like dj remixers aren't muscians, a real designer is Henrik Fisker and Russell Carr rant over...................

i like the car actually. when i take everything into concideration tho i dont think anyone should ever pay that much for one tho. ya its a 427 supercharged doin 800 some hp but their is no more metal as far as fenders are concerend. it has the old school looks but i feel that it doesnt have the personality that our mustangs have that we have come to love so much.
