i always shave off any badges the 65 impala i had i put the 283 badges on it even tho it was a 396
Im with Andrew on this one... sleepers and misdirection are so much more fun than layin everything you have out there for anyone to see. I tell everyone on the street that my 467 is actually a 301, some are stupid enough to believe it. Most look at me like I am nuts, but they dont say much when "Old Ugly" walks some car they think is fast. Why advertise when you can surprise?

Ya know, 400hp is alot more than most people will ever experince. Getting it to the ground with tires smaller than 255s will be a challenge. its also alot more than most people actually have.

If you have those heavy rims in the trunk they will. Under the car, they wont help at all. [8D] And that really is truth right there..

SLEEPERS FOREVER! okay for a while...

E
No, big wheels hurt performance, "Rolling mass" it's a Isaac Newton thing. And Rims and wheels are the same thing.

Sorry I have to agree with everyone here. If your at a car show and I see your car with a 427 badge. I'm going to notice the small block 302 (not even a 351 bored to a 427) and laugh.
