Default 393, 408, OR 427 ?...

As, most of you may know i just recieved my 1972 351W block today!!
Well, i still need to get my block sent to get cleaned but i want to start planning ahead;
I was wondering how much i should stroke the block? i want a reliable street/strip car with about 400hp!!!

make sure whatever size you go with that the wrist pin hole in the piston doesnt intersect the oil rings or you will use more oil and it wont last as long. i hear alot of good stuff about the 408 for some reason, maybe its just a good combination of bore/stroke?
