Default Looking for photos of installed Subframe Connectors

Subframe connectors seem simple enough. The time has come for me to fabricate some for my 1971 Mustang Grande, but most that I have found are not for the 71-73 model years. Some that fit the 71-73 require hacking up the floor, which I'm not too crazy about. Maier racing sells an awesome setup, but it does not fit my car. They have offered to fabricate a set for a price, but I would have to transport the shell 330 miles to their shop...

If you have subframe connectors on your classic Mustang, please snap some photos and post them. If you want, PM me for my email address and I'll host the photos. Any descriptions (inside or outside the frame rails?), tube dimensions, tips, etc would be appreciated.

Thanks!
Peter

Here's mine. I love the fit. Here's the website. http://www.midnightdsigns.com/Mustang/subframe.html
You may want to call them and see if they make your year.

Nice fit.
I'm going to call up Jim at Tin Man and see what they are like on a 71-73.

I am in the middle of replacing a bunch of sheet metal on my 68. I am about to replace the floor pans with a one piece floor. While I am at it, I was thinking about adding subframe connectors. How much do they help? How much better is it to have one with a drive shaft loop?

if you drag race and want to use slicks you have to use a driveshaft loop nhra rule i use one for any type of racing just in case i throw the shaft

Keep pictures coming!

Tin Man does sell subframe connectors for 71-73, for a great price. I'm going toorder them up but I would still like to gather as many photos as possible for others to see.
