Default ***$10,000 REWARD *** 1965 Mustang Stolen

this was not my car stolen.....came accross the ad on LA craigslist...

Let's Spread the wprd and try to help this guy out !!!

The ad is the following:

$10,000.00 Cash Reward for the return of my 1965 Mustang Fastback that was stolen form the West Side, early Saturday morning, February 24th.

The car is dark blue with a black interior, the 2 front seats are in but the carpet, rear seats and rear interior panels are missing.

Parts other than body panels, etc., that can be sold are;
302 Ford Block, Edelbrock aluminum heads, painted black.
Edelbrock Air Gap intake, painted black.
S.M.I. carburetor.
JBA mid-length shorty headers.
March pulleys.
Canton oil pan.
KRC power steering pump.
T.C.P. power rack and pinion steering and coil-over front suspension.
Ford Toploader manual transmission with Hurst Competition Plus shifter.
Ford 8.8" differential.
Auto Meter Auto-Lite II gauges.
15" Magstar wheels with Michelin Pilot tires.

If you see any parts fitting this description, please contact me immediately! If the information that you provide results in the arrest of the person/persons responsible for the theft of this vehicle, I will reward you with $5,000.00 cash. But my main goal is to retrieve the car.

hope he has good insurance this is why you should have a alarm and a fuel or starter cut off

I'll be making sure mine has all 3, lol.....

thats my only concern about driving it anywhere....well...when i get to that point...

my truck i have a fuel cut off switch to the fuel pump its hooked up to a oem switch on the dash you wouldnt know it was there

hmmm.. i am interested in what the color code is... dark blue ( almost black) is one of my fav colors for a fastback.. but i guess hewon'tbe in a mood to find the color code for me [sm=lol.gif]

but indeed a good lesson to install alarm and other anti theft gadgets

even with an alarm system...i have found the best is park it where i can see it and a carriers permit.............

I'll keep my eyes wide open for this one, as I'm on the west side everyday. The car is likely long gone by now though...
