Anyhow, I own a 1966 Mustang GT, originally it came with a 289 4bbl with 225HP, mine has a 302 to begin with.
The mods consists of Edelbrock parts: Air Cleaner, 600cfm carb, high rise manifold, double timing chain, cam and lifters.
Then I have a Mollery (think that's how you spell it) ignition
I also have dumped Flowmaster 40's and a B&M shift kit.
Then my good old Hooker headers I got a new waterpump too, but ya...
I think that is it, I might be forgetting something.
Anyways, how much HP do you think I have? I am pretty sure it is over 300.....your thoughts?

Without specifics, its hard to tell. Try one of those programs that 'builds' an engine for you and then tells you the power and torque. Dyno 2000 comes to mind...

Well i haven't got it dyno tested, I really should though, there are a few places in town that do that.
But as far as 1/4 mile times and such, there are no tracks around me, nearest one is still really far from my place.

Thats a great looking car! I just picked up a 68 coupe and would not mind talking to you about the best way to go. I think you started with a 302 4v. I am starting with a 289 2v according to my VIN number. Dont want to spend >5k on the drivetrain and was wondering if you were able to do that on yours?
