The front fascia, hood, and grille is a 1969, but the rear quarter doesn't have the "vent" up near the rear windows and that would say a 1970.

What is the VIN? That will give you the real model year.

That might be Larry Shinoda's prototype '70 boss 302 based on a '69. Do you have a picture of the steering wheel? It is supposed to have an "LS" on it. If it is that car, it was a Mach 1.
