Default Is this a good deal on classic seats?

Hey Yo,
I need to replace/reapolster thetwo front seats in my 65 Fastback. I basically want to keep theoriginal lookand Iwould considersubstituting for something non-original that is alreadyput together.

My options to my knowledge are:

A)_Buyoriginal seats from someone else which werereapolstered about 10 yrs agoand are currently in good condition for $500

B)_Pay someone whoquoted me at $1200 to reapolster my current seats

C)_Another alternative? - I'm not aDIY kind of guy when it comes to interior so ordering the materials and doing it myself is out of the question unless someone elsewas in a similar situation as I. Is therea website where I could buy them?

Thats a tough one .... Depends on how deep your wallet is hehe . 500 sounds ok for seats that are 10 years old and reapolstered an also 1200 to reapolster 2 or 4 seats ??? 1200 for 2 sounds way to much and 1200 fo all the seat , now i would pay that !!! Well i dont know if i helped much but i tried hope all is good .

I know you said #3 was out of the question, but I did my fronts a week or so ago and it wasnt too bad. I am going to do the backseat tonight. I bought mine from NPD and upgraded the cushions as well. I think mustangsunlimited.com might have them too, but I have bouoght 95% from NPD and I have been very happy( fitment, etc). Where are you located?

Yes, they recline. I used my original seat tracks so they slide front to back as normal.

They are quite comfy. What I like about them is they are a dense foam pad rather than the spring soft pad like stock seats. They sit a little lower..which is more convenient for us 6'+ folks.
