I JUST BOUGHT A 67 FASTBACK WITH THE ORIGINAL 289CI MOTOR AND TRANY. MOTOR CRANKS TRANY LEAK SOME FLUID. I WENT AHEAD AND STRIP OUT THE ENTIRE CAR AND REPLACED THE RUSTED OLD METAL. NOW I HAVE A SHELL READY TO GO. DONT KNOW IF I SHOULD GO ORIGINAL OR GO FOR LOOKS AND POWER.

You can always go restomod to thepoint where you can always go back to original.

go resto lower it new rims but no body kits and id fixed that leak.....dont wanna catch fire

I'd start on the mechanicals, & start looking close at the cars you like.Develop apicture in your mind of what you want your car to look like, then make it happen!
