Default speed limits....shipping our car?

i was talk to one of my army buddies this morning his tour is over and he HAS to spend 5 months in germany just messin around.. him and his buddies took a hummvee out on the autobahn and they said they saw a 65 mustangs..have any of you though about spending some money and shipping your car over to germany for a little while to cruize without and speed limits?

I'm pretty sure the Autobahn has speed limits now. I believe it changed in the past year, I could be wrong though. .

really that would suck i was there last summer and there wasnt and speed limits but in construction zones....but it couldve changed since then and if it did that really sucks

im going there with some of my buddies before we go to boot camp im not taking the stang though.....but we plan on renting a lotus or benz

theres speed limits when you get close and pass a town out in the middle of no where there isnt one.honsetly a stock early mustang would be lucky to break 120mph theres no over drive and the rear isnt geared for highway speeds.

im glad mines not stock then..... ive got it up to 120 and past it a couple times....kinda scary

mine 138 is all i got but i have a aod with a 4.11 gear pushing 200mph on my bike was crazy.besides do you want to try to stop a 4 wheel drum car at that speed or hit a pot hole and bump steer throws you across 3 lanes.
