1/2 means the top part of the bearing (that sits in the block) has a groove to let the oil flow all around the crank. full means the part of the bearing that sits in the cap has the same groove. its better for oil, but there is less bearing material for the crank to ride against. higher end bearings also come in 3/4 groove, which IMO are the best. for your build i would just go 1/2 groove

I dunno who makes their bearings, but they have their valvetrain stuff made by Crane, so they prolly use a reputable manufacturer for their bearings

dont chance it (i said this in your .020/.030 thread too), you dont know who makes em and you need to know you have good bearings or your motor will not last. 67, i wouldnt use kings if you gave them to me - they are cheap crap. ACL's are probably the only "no-name" brand i would use, they are actually very good.

Clevite 77 or Federal Mogul FTW, and then if you wannt spend more the higher end bearing from either of them are even better. i had federal mogul H14 overlay 3/4 groove bearings in my last motor, and when it essploded the bearings looked great

the first summit cam i bought took a crap (lobes got wiped off) very quickly. they replaced it, and i'll never know if it was because i didnt break it in properly or if it was a bad bumpstick
