What's that crap on the steering wheel?

If I had to guess I'd say some of the foam from the single piece crash pad/horn cover that was on there. We have a two spoke steering wheel in our 69 and it's all one piece, where everything in the catalogs is all multiple pieces. I hope his is still in good shape cause those things are hard to find.

Looks like the rest is coming along nicely though, will be nice to see it near completion.
