How much would you pay for this car?
1968 mustang c code coupe 130K original miles on original engine. Very minor rust straight body come minor dings. original candy apple red paint is in good condition. It has black standard interior. Single owner since 1968 garaged for 39 years. Needs a valve job, otherwise it is mechanically fine. Clean title.

driven and garaged? it wasn't left out on the street or under a carcover, in other words it was drivven but also kept in a garage

I think he means that all it's time was spent in a garage, not parked for 39 yrs...

I think he mean that they drove it as a normal car for 39 years but always parked it at home in the garage. Either that or they ran they put 130k miles on the car while it was on blocks in the garage. What sounds more logical?

I would pay $4-5k for a car like that. You may be able to get it for less but it depends on what part of the country you are from.

Its hard to say with no pics.
But I think the most would be $5-6k. If you can get it for less than $5k, it is a pretty good deal. What is the owner trying to sell it for? Do you have pics?
