yeah keep that 289 in there for the time being. save up some money and plot out what you want to do and how much its gona cost, dont just go out and start buying things left n right. everything needs to work together as a whole, not just pieces tossed together, sure it will work but get the best bang for your buck. research is key [sm=smiley20.gif]

I agree 100% on the 5.0 for power building.
My beefed up 289 is going in my 65 fastback should be fun with the wife driving it.
My 66 coupe is gone the restomod route.

347 stroker
afr heads
paxton s/c
aeromotive fuel system
msd ignition system
be cool alu. radiator
Kiesler tko 500 5speed
Wilwood hydro clutch
Spec 2 racing clutch
Rod and customs tubular mustang 2 front end
Currie 325 posi gears
grab a track mid eye urethane leaf spring
Urethane shackle kit
Shooting for 500+ hp at the rear wheels
the dyno will tell soon its getting closer to leaving the shop and hitting the road.
