keep or ditch the wing?

RE: keep or ditch the wing?
I've only ever seen one coupe that I though looked good with a wing. It wasn't any of the stock mustang wings, but it looked OK. The one that started this post doesn't look good. I'm working on a 1970 Fastback and have the wing for it, but I'm not sure I want to put it back on. I guess I'll see what it looks like after itspainted and decide then.

Lol, easy on the new guy!
Jb, generally speaking, wings, underglow, and ricers are generally frowned upon in the classics area... That spoiler would look good on a Mach, but thats about the only place it belongs.
On the other hand, that is a SWEET ride! Gorgeous paint!

Whasamater no one rememebrs the 70's? It had to have hijackers, wide meats and rims slapper bars and a spoiler or it just wasn't cool!
Aw, but that was then! its probably a good time to loose the spoiler (or just change you trunck lid),

RE: keep or ditch the wing?
yeah i took it off today. i don't know why it was even on there. so it's in the garage now. the holes i'm probably just going to fill up, and repaint the whole car black since the previous dummy didn't even take off the rocker panel things to paint behind em. what a tool :/ but i'm planning on leaving the back flat black and maybe get a functional scoop for the hood in flat black, who knows.
